Sheet-metal, CNC-milled, and injection-molded enclosures. Drop-test fixtures on site. We sweat the stack-up, the connector cutouts, and the serviceability hatch before the first prototype is cut.

A predictable five-step arc, with hard checkpoints

Every engagement — whether a single POS terminal or a 12-month peptide program — runs through the same five milestones. You always know what's next, what's shipped, and what's blocking.

Scoping

One-week discovery. We define acceptance criteria, write a one-page brief, and quote a fixed-price phase one.

Prototype

Schematic, board bring-up, and a functional firmware build. For research, the method validation and first chromatograms.

Iterate

Two weekly cycles of bench testing, design review, and revision. You see the rev-A board, then rev-B, then rev-C.

Qualify

EMC pre-scan, drop tests, accelerated-aging runs, ICH-aligned protocols. We sign the report jointly with you.

Ship & support

Production hand-off, field telemetry, and a 24-month support window with named engineers on the ticket.
