Mon–Fri 09:00 – 18:00 CET. Out-of-hours peptide runs and POS rollouts can be scheduled with 48h notice.

How quickly do you respond to a new brief?
The intake desk reads every submission. We aim to reply within two business days with either a discovery call slot, a clarifying question, or — if we're not the right fit — a referral to a studio we trust.
Do you sign NDAs before a discovery call?
Yes. We have a mutual NDA we can countersign within 24 hours. For peptide work we additionally ask for a short data-handling note covering matrix and storage conditions before any sample or sequence leaves your facility.
What's the smallest project you'll take on?
For prototyping and POS work, we generally start at around €15,000. For peptide stability studies the minimum is a three-condition screen — this keeps the analytical work meaningful and the report comparable across studies.
Do you work with clients outside the EU?
Regularly. About a third of our active engagements are with teams in the UK, Switzerland, and North America. We work in CET for calls, and document handover uses your timezone, not ours.
Can you take on a fixed-scope sprint in parallel with a longer programme?
Often, yes. We size each engagement independently and never co-mingle teams. If the scope is clearly bounded and the deliverables testable, we'll quote it as a separate workstream.
